Apartment building transactions in South Florida were down 26.46% in 2022 from the prior year, according to figures provided by Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK). In total there were $8.99 billion in apartment building sales in South Florida last year, the largest segment of which occurred in Miami-Dade County with $3.98 billion in transactions. Broward County, recorded $3.56 billion in apartment deals, and Palm Beach County posted $1.65 billion in apartment transactions. That compared to the $12.
